Im guessing that there should be a section for non anime related talk
even though thats pratically agianst the forum, but to more to talk and chat i guess thats non anime related

There already is a topic for non-anime talk. That topic is in the "Randomness" chat topic area. That topic is basically the "Off-topic" thread.
If you want to post anything non-anime, or just basically anything else that doesn't fit into any of the other Topics, post in the "Randomness" Section.
